Book Review: Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman

This book came out in 2011 and must be one of my favourite reads.

The book is the lifes work of Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky. Daniel won the Nobel Prize for his lifes work. Amos couldn’t because he had already died.

The book gives an amazing insight into how our minds work, and its an amazingly interesting and easy read.

Although we don’t have a “system 1” and a “system 2”, its a very good way of explaining, how we mostly use our intuition, which may well be wrong, rather than think about things in greater detail which takes concentration and hard work.

In fact writing this, having already read this book about 3 times, I think I’m going to read it again.
