I am very worried at the moment. I don’t think they are counting the figures properly, with a potential massive impact on the world.

Anytime anyone says they are right, and won’t allow discussion, they are usually very wrong. We are supposed to live in a free country with freedom of speech. If anyone speaks out against it we get an army of people and the press saying how wrong we are and how we must wear our masks, despite there being no scientific reason to wear a mask.

Let me give an example:

They are currently counting the number of infections, which is going up, against the number of deaths WITH COVID-19. Working this out, gives one picture.

What I think they should be counting is not the COVID-19 infections, but the number that go on to produce symptoms, i.e. illness. You can have a COVID-19 infection without having any symptoms because your immune system knows what to do with it. So these people must be discounted. This makes sense because as time goes on the infections will go up (because they are doing more testing) but the number of people that develop severe illness most likely will not, because although you can get infected, in most healthy people your body knows what to do just like when you have caught cold or flu in the past.

So if you look at how many people are infected with COVID-19 less those that didn’t develop serious illness, compared with the number of people that actually died OF COVID-19, not WITH, OF, I think you would get a VERY VERY different picture.

The problem with politicians is they are good at talking, but they don’t really know much and if they surround themselves with nutcase advisors like Dominic Cummins and Professor Ferguson, who has continually over estimated things in the past 10 years or more, we have reason to be worried, very worried…

If the above is right, how are they going to know if they aren’t counting the right figures? They think they are clever going on about the R number etc etc. but I think they could be missing the big picture.

Also they are hardly incentivised to ever modify their ideas or admit that they get anything wrong because they would look stupid and on this scale it would possibly be career ending, although how you can put your own interests ahead of thousands or millions of people I don’t know.

If they don’t get their facts right soon, many people are going to suffer loss of income, loss of the quality of living, not being able to see their friends, and also loss of life, if cancer and stroke patients aren’t going to A & E or being turned away because of COVID-19. This loss of life could be a lot worse than deaths OF COVID-19, but we will never know unless they get their data correct, which means replacing their advisors and listening to everyone, not just people they want to hear.

I don’t think this is intentional from the politicians in the west, they are just a bit dim and don’t really know it and aren’t prepared to listen to people with different information or views. I do think it could be something from Russia and China in the sense that lets spread some bad news and get them all worried and f*** up their economies so we can benefit. It could be some subtle economic warfare, although why our government has to behave like communists in return I don’t actually understand.

I found something else out today as well, Facebook, Twitter etc are ok to put really bad videos on their platforms, but if somebody posts something that is not in line with the World Health Organisations recommendations, they will delete it. So we aren’t hearing opposing views from social media either…

I just think the world is really messed up at the moment. Don’t get me wrong, I benefit from COVID-19 financially because I can get work at home contracts, from good places that I would never consider commuting to if I wasn’t allowed to work from home. Who wants to commute 4 hours a day? I don’t care how much money it is it isn’t worth it! Again though, rather than being 10’s of thousands better off, I would much rather the world was back to normal for the benefit of everybody instead of everybody suffering as they are now…
