Rishi Sunak – YAUPM – Yet Another Unelected PM

Good politicians should have the public interest at heart.

What does this guy stand for? What is he good at?

Stabbing his allies in the back, stealing a premiership and the votes of millions who didn’t vote for him, oh and his wife isn’t (wasn’t) a British citizen who didn’t want to pay UK income tax despite him being a British politician.

Also if he had fought an election and actually won it, he would a) have the skill and experience, b) refined the plan during the campaign rather than experiment with the British economy and people and c) people would have known what he stood for. Didn’t we learn from Truss, who blew billions in the short term she was in office? Does he actually stand for anything? I have no idea.

Many people voted for Boris, despite the fact that he was not very reliable and sometimes you couldn’t get a straight answer from him. Yet many voted for him. Why? A lot of people I have spoken to connected Brexit with stopping illegal immigrants and asylum seekers from coming here and taking our hard earned (tax) cash. All this money on asylum seekers when we have our own homeless on the streets. Having asylum seekers at RAF bases including Scampton where many raids were once launched in WW2 is just wrong. What is he doing about it? Nothing!

I am not amused. Conservative all my life, I will not be voting for any unelected prime minister. Thats why I voted brexit. I didn’t want unelected MEP’s who had never been to this country making europe wide decisions that affected me.

Unelected PM’s should not be allowed. The five year fixed term is just wrong. If you can’t keep your election promises, including your PM, you should call an election. Period.

That would have the effect of politicians being more aware of the peoples views as the people would have more chance to make those views known. A bad thing?
