How to sort out medical advice from medical nonsense.

In a world where somebody somewhere (usually the media) are telling you that you mustn’t do this, or you must do something else, to the point that you don’t really know whats for the best, this book helps.

I don’t like the media in the way that if you hear the same thing many times you start to believe it and most probably a lot of people are overly anxious as a result.
