Food high in whey protein kept study participants fuller for longer.

I personally wouldn’t bother with powder based whey protein because its expensive, but certainly fish or eggs for breakfast, or occasionally porridge helped me loose 3 stone in about a year. The key being finding a food with fewer calories that made me feel full.
