Food for Thinking is Back!

After some time away from this blog I have decided to bring it back, moving away from the blogger platform and onto WordPress. I am trying to collect information about subjects that interest me, and will be expanding this blog in the future now I have the extra capabilities of WordPress available.

For information, my step daughter has kept her weight off.

I’m convinced the key is being careful not to have too much sugary food, because if I lapse into eating something really sugary, for that day at least, my body doesn’t really know if its hungry or not and I tend to eat more as a result. The best thing I can have for breakfast is a bacon sandwich or a couple of eggs – feeling nice and full for hours on not that many calories.

I’m not trying to cherry pick to prove anything, would just like to try to collect information on this blog that interests me and hopefully others.

I intend to add pages of resources and also more categories in the very near future.
