Can you be addicted to carbs? I think you can. One thing I do know, is that high sugar content does not make you feel full. When was the last time you drank a can of coke, fruit juice a smoothie, or anything that gives you a sugar boost and felt full. I personally think it makes you want to snack shortly afterwards to try to balance your sugar levels.
