Going from 19.5 to 18.5 stone was fairly easy – just cut out soft drinks and start to eat foods that made me feel fuller. About this time I came across a book at a charity shop. This book was responsible for me going from 18.5 to 17 stone in around 2-3 months. Not a dieting book, but useful to try to get the balance right in any diet.
