My Weight Loss: The Start

Three years ago I weighed nearly 20 stone (120 kg) which was a lot even for my large six feet one frame.

I watched a BBC program by Michael Moseley titled 10 things you need to know about losing weight. This program inspired me to start my weight loss, without a diet or exercise as such, which led to my current weight of 16 stone (100 kg) which is still falling.

This blog is going to cover how I managed this, starting with cutting out cans of fizzy drink and ending with a better understanding of what a balanced diet actually is.

For those who don’t want to read my life story, but are interesting in finding out how I did it, please refer to the Weight Loss Resources pages, which provide more concise information on how to do it.
